Responsibilities:
Within an AXA Internship capacity one may be liable for but not limited to the following:
- Supporting everyday activities across different departments.
- Doing research and analysis so as to back up ongoing undertakings.
- Writing reports, creating presentations, producing all kinds of paper.
- Working together with staff members on devising strategies and implementing them.
- Taking part in meetings as well as giving ideas on major initiatives.
- Any other duties assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
In order for one to qualify as an Internship at AXA they need to:
- Presently attending undergraduate or graduate course towards Business Administration/Finance/Marketing/IT or related courses.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving capacities.
Competent user of MS Word / Office Excel / PowerPoint. - Good communication which involves speaking well and writing effectively.
- Capability for team work. -Morality is necessary.
Requirements:
The applicants should be highly motivated individuals who have a passion for learning along with a deep interest in financial services sector. While previous internships or work experience within a similar industry would be advantageous it is not necessary. The successful candidate must display excellent organizational skills, manage multiple tasks well and be proactive in overcoming challenges. Fluency in English is a must and knowledge of other languages would be a plus.
